View of the ornate gate with floral motifs and a coat of arms above the entrance to the Hôtel-Dieu in Troyes, with a cross at the top. On the back, a handwritten address to Jeanne Dimanche in Aix-en-Othe (Aube), with a blue postmark from Troyes dated 1907 and a dispatch postmark from Aube.
