Description

Black-and-white view of the Town Hall in Troyes, seen through an arched passage, with a clock above the main entrance. Two men stand in the foreground on the paved square. On the reverse, a postcard dated 18 November 1929, addressed to Madame Helle Ruyssen in Paris, with handwritten message 'Nous baisons à tous les'.
