View of the Argence Fountain in Troyes, a monumental fountain with several water jets and sculptures, surrounded by trees and a few passersby. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Yvonne Brelet in Méry-sur-Oise, with a postage stamp and a Troyes cancellation dated 1948.
