View of the Savings Bank Hotel in Troyes, inaugurated on July 7, 1897 for its 75th anniversary, with a neoclassical building surrounded by bare trees. The reverse has handwritten writing dated Troyes, 25-29, indicating that the sender has been there since Monday and plans to depart for Paris on Friday.
