View of the Town Hall in Troyes, an imposing building with its bulbous spire and mullioned windows, under a clear sky with tramway cables. On the reverse, military correspondence from the 12th Line Regiment, addressed to Paris, with a stamp and cancellation from Troyes dated August 8, 1916.
