View of the Place de la République in Troyes with operating trams, pedestrians, and commercial buildings such as the pharmacy and the Société Générale. The reverse presents a handwritten correspondence dated December 16, 1918, addressed to 'Mon cher Jean' and signed 'Bousset', with an address to 'Embrage la Grand Mère'.
