Black and white aerial view of the city of Bizerte, showing a dense urban fabric with flat-roofed buildings and a church with a bell tower prominently visible. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Madame Jean Fabrigia in Beauséjour (Bône), with handwritten inscription 'Affectueuses Amitiés et Souvenirs de Bizerte'. French Navy stamp and cancellation mark from Bizerte dated 19/11/1939.
