View of a bare tree in the center of a stone platform, with three people (two men and a woman) sitting to the left. The printed text indicates the location and subject. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated June 30, 1909, addressed to Mr. Paul Zaigue in Croyes, mentioning a trip to Paris and the castle. A 10-centime French Republic postage stamp, postmark of Paris 1-7-09.
