Description

View of the Palace of Versailles with its monumental façade reflected in an ornate basin with a statue of Neptune. The printed text in several languages (French, English, German) is visible at the top of the postcard. On the reverse, a handwritten inscription dated 30/3/1915, sent from Clairon to the 5th Engineers, to Mrs. and Mr. Justin Fabre in Montpellier, with a signature from Germain Fernand (Hérault).
