Richly decorated interior of the Salon des Dames at the Vichy Casino, featuring a large crystal chandelier, floral wallpapered walls, armchairs covered in white doilies, and black statues on pedestals. On the reverse, handwritten address to Monsieur Jacquet in Neuilly-sur-Seine, a green 20-centime stamp, and a postmark from Vichy dated April 16, 1918.
