View of the Emperor's Chalet in Vichy, an imposing building covered in ivy, surrounded by trees and benches in a park. The reverse bears a handwritten letter dated 16 September 1922, addressed to 'Ma chère Marnie', and a French postmark cancelled in Vichy.
