View of the Napoleon Gallery in Vichy, with its arcade architecture and garden adorned with topiaries and chairs. The back features a handwritten letter dated August 15, 1903, sent from Vichy to Madame Grasset in Bagnères-de-Bigorre, with two 5-centime stamps and a Vichy postmark.
