Interior view of the Palais des Sources in Vichy, showing a large central fountain with people in period costume, including women in service uniforms. The décor is adorned with metal columns and railings. On the reverse, a handwritten address to Madame Azéma in Confolens, a 20-centime green stamp, and a postmark from Saint-Émilion dated April 15, 1903.
