Night view of a building decorated with lights and decorations, probably the Casino of Vichy. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated August 20, 1930, sent from Vichy to Madame Aubert in Bordeaux, with a 12-centime stamp and a cancellation 'VICHY 20 AOÛT 30'.
