Black and white view of the banks of the Allier in Vichy, with a paved road lined with trees and a few people near the water. On the reverse, a postcard sent from Vichy on July 11, 1910, with a 40-centime postage stamp and handwritten text addressed to Mr. G. Roumegas at the Hôtel de Bagneres de Bigorre.
