View of the Town Hall in Vichy, a neo-Renaissance building with its central tower and clock, photographed in black and white with a car and pedestrians in the background. Reverse: postcard dated May 18, 1933, stamped with 12 francs, sent to the Ricozos family in Coulouze, with a handwritten inscription and the Vichy postmark. Printed text mentions 'THE QUEEN OF WATER TOWNS'.
