View of the Casino Park in Vichy, featuring floral masses and pedestrians in a wooded park. The back has a handwritten letter dated February 11, 1914, sent to Mme Georges Promiegas in Vichy, with two French stamps (25c blue and 15c red) and a postmark from D'Éaux-Ma-October 27.18 H.
