View of the Covered Passage and the Astoria Hotel in Vichy, with pedestrians and a horse-drawn carriage under a metal awning. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated September 6, 1931, sent from Vichy to Châtelles-les-Éaux (Savoie), with a blue 10-centime stamp and a postmark from Allier.
