Lively promenade along the banks of the Allier in Vichy, with pedestrians, a cyclist, a man on horseback, and a dog. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Madame Henri Laurent at the Hôtel du Pave et du Château in Villard de Lans, with a 20-centime red stamp and a Vichy cancellation dated 13 September 1928.
