View of the Promenoir Gallery in Vichy, featuring an ornate wrought-iron kiosk with pedestrians in period attire. The reverse side bears a handwritten address to Madame Marcelle Bourguignon in Le Perreux-sur-Marne, along with a green 5-franc stamp and a Vichy postmark dated August 20, 1903.
