View of the Clock Tower in Vichy, a brick tower with a clock, dating from the 15th century and built by Louis II de Bourbon, surrounded by old buildings with green shutters. On the reverse, a handwritten address to Mme Gély, Hôtel des Beaux-Arts, Paris, and a signature from the sender J. Ravanel in Beguin, St-Géraud-le-Puy (Allier).
