View of the town hall in Vincennes, an ornate building with a tower and clock, dated around 1920. On the back, a handwritten letter dated March 1920 addressed to Monsieur Henri Dupont in Cherbourg, signed by Paul Joseph Plouvier, with a 20-centime French postage stamp and a Paris dispatch mark.
