View of the Hôtel des Billeuls in Vittel, a multi-storey building with arcades on the ground floor and lined trees in front. Printed text at the top: 'VITTEL. - Terminus-Hôtel'. On the reverse, a handwritten message dated July 10, 1904 addressed to M. Ernest Welvauck in Paris, with a 10-centime French postmark and a Vittel cancellation stamp.
