Black and white view of a promenade lined with palm trees and lampposts, with a 1940s car parked on the side. In the distance, the sea is visible. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to André Mahaud at the École de Garçons de Bourgogne-du-Beaujolais, with two 4-centime green stamps and a postmark from Bordeaux dated August 19, 1949.
