Description

Engraved illustration of the ancient Castle of Montlhéry, fortified in 999 by Thibault, son of Etoupes, and dismantled in 1591. Printed text at the bottom: 'DEDICATED TO THE TOWN OF MONTLHÉRY'. Green 5-centime postmark canceled. Reverse: address to Madame Marguerite Goubé in Boulogne-sur-Seine, postmark of the general insurance agent Émile Goubé in Montlhéry dated April 2, 1905.
