View of the Citadel of Arras with its stone-arched bridge and entrance building, dated January 23, 1903. The reverse side bears an address to Mr. Lebailly in Fécamp, a postmark from Arras dated January 25, 1903, and a handwritten inscription 'Thank you. Sorry. Mr. Gruff.'
