Carolingian fresco from the 9th century depicting the stoning of Saint Étienne, located in the crypt of the church of Saint-Germain d'Auxerre (Yonne). The reverse indicates the publisher: Caché II, Goyette & Fils, 54 rue de Paris, and specifies that the production is unpublished. The work is photographed by H. Soussot, whose signature is visible at the bottom right of the front.
