View of the keep of Avranches, a stone tower surrounded by vegetation, with a wheeled cart in the foreground. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated September 7, 1924, addressed to Mrs. Geoffroy in Paris, and a 10-cent postage stamp with Avranches cancellation.
