View of the Palace of Justice in Beauvais, an imposing building with slate roofs and turrets, surrounded by trees and a small garden. On the reverse, a handwritten correspondence dated 18 February 1914, addressed to a recipient in Paris, with cursive handwriting and mentions of 'Correspondence' and 'Adress'.
