View of the Fontaine de l'État-Major in Besançon, adorned with sculptures and columns, with an inscription 'VITINAM' above the arch. The back features correspondence dated February 2, 1910, addressed to Madame Wolbeck in Bergopré, Schirmeek, with a 5-centime green stamp and a postmark from Besançon.
