Detailed illustration of the astronomical clock of Saint-Jean in Besançon, commissioned by Cardinal Mathieu de Beauvais in 1558 and completed in 1560, composed of 72 dials and measuring 5m50 in height. Printed text at the bottom of the front. Reverse: blank postcard with space for correspondence and address, publisher Gaillard-Prêtre, L'Isle-sur-le-Doubs.
