Description

View of the Hotel du Palais in Biarritz, an imposing neoclassical building with many windows and a multi-level roof. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Danièle Lamie in Paris, with a cancellation stamp from Biarritz dated September 17, 1945. The 10-centime postage stamp is affixed at the top left.
