Panoramic view of the Girondins Monument in Bordeaux, with a statue of an angel at the top of a pillar, surrounded by the gardens of the Quinconces. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Monsieur Roger Carnus, with the inscription 'my best regards' and the sender's signature. The postal stamp 'LL' is visible at the top of the reverse.
