View of the Palace of Justice in Bucharest, an imposing neoclassical building with colonnades and domes, dated March 10, 1912. The reverse features a handwritten French correspondence addressed to Madame Hémerck in Oijon, with a 1912 postage stamp and a Bucharest cancellation.
