View of the Town Hall in Calais with its iconic clock tower, at the center of an empty square bordered by lampposts and a few vehicles. The reverse features a handwritten address to Chauny, a date of 15/8/1924, a green 10-centime Pasteur stamp, and a cancellation from Calais dated 14-15-16-17 August 1924.
