View of the campanile of the Town Hall in Cambrai, adorned with sculptures and a clock face. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Andréimp Otioulet in Lempdes, with a 5-centime postmark and a cancellation from Villers-Guislain dated August 17, 1945.
