Description

View of the Monument de la Victoire in Cambrai, work of sculptor Vérez and architects Le Monnier and Halley, located at La Civette, Place d'Armes. The monument depicts a winged figure on a base with inscriptions. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Coco in Monscourt, Amsterdam, with a 40-centime stamp and a 1914 cancellation.
