View of the Choir Tower of Chartres Cathedral, dated to the 16th century, with Gothic vaults and sculptures. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'My dear Laure' with the inscription 'I no longer have time to kiss you. Your friend, Louise'. The address is intended for 'Miss Laure Dubois Nigretto, Boarding School of Mr. Leconte, Pionne'. Postal stamp of 10 cents and postmark from Peronne (Oise) dated June 25, 1905.
