Description

Black and white view of the Gothic facade of the Cathedral of Beauvais, showing its complex elevations and stained-glass windows. On the back, a handwritten letter dated April 9, 1946, addressed to « Mes chers Parents », describing the cathedral as a remarkable architectural monument, and mentioning a local legend about a bell tower. The back also features the inscription « IMP. NERODEN ET CIE. PARIS » and a French postal stamp with cancellation.
