View of a fragment of the choir tour of Chartres Cathedral, dating from the 12th century, showing sculptures and detailed Gothic architecture. The reverse features a handwritten address to Madame Marie Vernière in Roanne, with a 25-centime postage stamp and a cancellation mark from Tours, Loire, dated July 7, 1903.
