View of the perimeter of the choir of Chartres Cathedral, dating from the 13th century, showing the sculptures "The Sepulchre" and "Crowning of the Virgin". The reverse side bears a handwritten address to Miss L. Maandard in Sevallé-Perret (Seine), with a French 5-centime postmark canceled.
