Black-and-white alpine view of the Grands Charmoz (3445 m) and the Aiguille Blaïlière (3522 m), with a glacier below and rocks in the foreground. On the reverse, the publisher is listed as 'Edition La Girogne, 37 rue de la Courbe, Strasbourg' and a postmark from Montenvers (Alt. 1209 m) dated around 1930. Handwritten text 'V. Jardin' is visible at the top right.
