Stone monument depicting Pasteur, adorned with a bas-relief showing scenes of vaccination, located in Chartres. Printed text on the front mentions the commemoration of Pasteur's experiments on anthrax vaccination. Reverse: handwritten address to Madame Olise Imbault in Juvisy-sur-Orge, 10-cent postage stamp, postmark of Chartres dated 20 November 1911, and mention 'Photographic Establishments of NEURDEIN Frères - Paris'.
