Description

Pencil drawing of a castle perched on a rocky promontory at the edge of a lake, signed D. Frichico. On the reverse, printed text indicates that the castle was built by the Saracens in the 9th century, then belonged to the Seysael d'Aix, the Livron, and was repaired in 1792 by the architect Pellegrini under the president Girod.
