View of the English Garden in Château-Gaontier, with a path bordered by alleys of trimmed trees, wrought-iron benches and a man in period costume. On the reverse, a postcard addressed to Madame Garnier in Segré (Maine-et-Loire), with handwritten text and a 10-centime postmark cancelled in Château-Gaontier on 22-12-1912.
