Description

Black and white panoramic view of an alpine village nestled in a valley surrounded by forests and wooded hills, with a church with a pointed spire in the center. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Annie Moncauaut in Bourg-Colombes, dated June 15, 1956, accompanied by a 12-franc French postage stamp depicting a bridge and a circular cancellation from Châtel (Haute-Savoie) of the same date.
