View of the torpedo boat 'Catapulte' moored in the Commerce Basin in Cherbourg, with port buildings and a pharmacy in the background. The reverse has handwritten text dated April 9, 1913, addressed to Mr. P. Nayroud in Lézardrieux (Côte du Nord), with a postmark from Cherbourg.
