View of the spire of Romans-sur-Isère, classified as a historical monument from the 15th century, with a large bell and a statue of an archer at the top of the tower. The reverse bears an address to Madame Sade in Pertuis, a blue 40-centime stamp, and a postmark from Vienne dated September 25, 1909.
