View of the police balcony decorated with sculptures, with three police officers in uniform in front of the entrance. Printed text at the bottom: '94 COLMAR - Balcon de la Police'. Reverse: handwritten address to 'Mademoiselle Eugénie Lepereau, 4 rue Voirbaïda, Hambourg, Turquie d'Europe', postmark from Colmar dated 15 July 1903, and stamp of the Académie des Arts Photographiques de Strasbourg.
