Portrait of a smiling woman wearing a traditional costume with a large hat decorated with lace and a pearl necklace. The reverse contains a handwritten letter dated 1930, addressed to Mrs. Balbordet, mentioning travel plans and purchases in Bourges, as well as a postmark and a Paris cancellation.
